What the Messenger integration does
The Facebook Messenger integration connects your Facebook Pages to Nodi through Meta's API. Messages sent to the Pages you choose appear in Nodi's inbox, and a separate comments connection brings comments on your Page posts into Comments. Your team or the AI sales agent replies, takes the order into your order list and can send a Stripe payment link.
What syncs, and which way

How to connect Messenger
In Nodi, open Inbox Channels and find Facebook Messenger.

Click Connect
Click Connect on Facebook Messenger and sign in to Facebook to authorize Nodi.

Choose your Pages
Pick one or more Pages to receive messages from. Pages already connected are left out.

Add comments if you want them
Connect Facebook Page comments to bring comments on your Page posts into Comments.

- How many Pages you can connect depends on your plan; the default is one active account. Inbox Channels shows your limit.
Good to know
- Replies written by the AI or by automations go out only within 24 hours of the customer's last message, as Meta requires. Nodi refuses a send into a closed window and tells you why.
- Sent Messenger messages can't be edited or unsent from Nodi, and reactions aren't supported.
- Up to 30 attachments per message.
- You need a Facebook Page; personal profiles can't be connected.

Can I connect more than one Facebook Page?
Yes. You choose the Pages when you connect, up to your plan's connection limit.
Do Page comments come into Nodi?
Yes, as a separate connection. Connect Facebook Page comments on Inbox Channels and they appear in Nodi's Comments view.
Can the AI reply to old Messenger chats?
Only within 24 hours of the customer's last message, which is Meta's rule for automated replies. Nodi tells you when the window has closed.
