What is a payment link?
A payment link is a secure checkout page you send as a link, so a customer can pay by card without a website. For chat sellers it replaces the bank-transfer screenshot: the customer taps the link in WhatsApp or Instagram, pays, and the order is marked as paid. Nodi's AI sends the link itself once the order is confirmed in the chat, and the payment lands on the same order list as your store and shop-counter sales. Yes. Nodi's AI sends a Stripe payment link in the WhatsApp chat, and the customer pays by card on Stripe's secure page. The same works in Instagram and Facebook chats.
Which payment gateway does Nodi use in the UAE?

Do I need a website to take card payments?
No. Payment links let you take card payments straight from the chat. You can add a Nodi online store later on the same catalog.
Does Nodi charge a fee on each payment?
Card processing fees are charged by Stripe on your Stripe account. Nodi's plan price is a monthly subscription, starting at AED 59 (≈ $16) / ৳1,999.
