What the Instagram integration does
The Instagram integration connects your Instagram account to Nodi through Meta's API. Instagram Direct messages appear in Nodi's inbox, and you can separately connect comments so comments on your posts appear in Nodi's Comments view. Your team or the AI sales agent replies from Nodi, takes orders into your order list and can send a Stripe payment link.
What syncs, and which way

How to connect Instagram
In Nodi, open Inbox Channels and find Instagram Direct.

Click Connect
Click Connect on Instagram Direct. You're sent to Instagram to authorize Nodi.

Authorize the account
Approve access for your Instagram account and you're returned to Nodi.
- Step 3
Add comments if you want them
Connect Instagram comments too, to bring comments on your posts into Comments.
Which plan
The AI sales agent on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger is on every plan. Nodi Commerce plans are Retail AED 59 (≈ $16) / ৳1,999, Growth AED 179 (≈ $49) / ৳5,999 and Scale AED 389 (≈ $106) / ৳12,999 a month. You can try Scale for 30 days for AED 3 (≈ $1) / ৳99.
- How many Instagram accounts you can connect depends on your plan; the default is one active account. Inbox Channels shows your limit.
Good to know
- Replies written by the AI or by automations go out only within 24 hours of the customer's last message, as Meta requires. Nodi refuses a send into a closed window and tells you why.
- Sent Instagram messages can't be edited or unsent from Nodi, and reactions aren't supported.
- Up to 30 attachments per message.
