The best CRM for a small Dubai business is the one your team will actually use, and that captures leads from where they really arrive. HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce have free plans for very small teams; Salesforce and Pipedrive suit structured sales teams. If most leads come through WhatsApp and Instagram, choose a CRM built around those chats.

This guide explains what a CRM is, what UAE businesses should look for, what CRMs cost, and how six options compare.

Prices were checked on 29 October 2026. Prices are from each vendor's own pricing page and may differ for UAE visitors. Most CRMs bill in USD per user; AED figures are approximate at AED 3.6725 per USD. Disclosure: we make Nodi, one of the CRMs compared.

What is a CRM?

A CRM (customer relationship management) system is software that keeps every lead and customer in one place: their contact details, conversations, deals, tasks and follow-ups. Instead of leads scattered across phones, WhatsApp chats, spreadsheets and notebooks, everyone on your team sees the same up-to-date list and knows who to call next.

A CRM usually includes:

  • Contacts and leads: who they are, where they came from, what they asked

  • Pipeline: the stages a lead moves through, from new enquiry to won or lost

  • Tasks and reminders: follow-ups, calls and meetings

  • Conversation history: emails, calls and messages linked to each contact

  • Reports: how many leads came in, how many closed, and who on your team is performing

Why do small businesses in Dubai need a CRM?

In the UAE, leads arrive fast and from many places: WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook ads, property portals, website forms and phone calls. Customers often contact several businesses at once and go with the first good reply. Without a CRM:

  • Leads sit unanswered in a salesperson's personal WhatsApp

  • Follow-ups are forgotten, and warm leads go cold

  • When a staff member leaves, their leads and chat history leave too

  • You can't see which ads or channels actually bring sales

What should a UAE business look for in a CRM?

  1. WhatsApp and Instagram built in. In the UAE, many leads start in chat. A CRM that only handles email and calls will miss most of them.

  2. Fast response. Automatic replies or AI that answers new enquiries instantly, day and night.

  3. Arabic and English. For customer messages, and ideally for your team.

  4. Simple pipeline you can customise to how you actually sell.

  5. Lead sources: website forms, Facebook and Instagram lead ads, and industry portals (for real estate: Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).

  6. Team features: lead assignment, roles, and performance reports by person.

  7. Mobile app or mobile-friendly, since UAE sales teams are often out of the office.

  8. Price per user, including VAT, add-ons and the features you need. "Free" plans often exclude automation.

  9. Data you can export if you leave.

How much does a CRM cost in Dubai?

Most CRMs charge per user per month, in USD, plus 5% VAT for UAE businesses. Rough ranges for small teams:

Level

Typical price per user per month

What you get

Free

Basic contacts and deals for 2–3 users; little or no automation

Starter

About AED 50 to 100

Pipelines, email, basic automation

For a team of five, that's often AED 250 to 2,000 a month, before add-ons such as WhatsApp integration, which many CRMs charge for separately or need a third-party connector for.

Nodi: best for WhatsApp and Instagram leads

Nodi is an AI CRM for UAE businesses whose leads come through chat. Its AI answers every WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website enquiry instantly in English or Arabic, creates the lead, scores it, follows up and books the meeting, so the CRM fills itself.

  • Inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website chat in one place; several staff on one WhatsApp number; official WhatsApp partner

  • Pipeline: custom stages, Kanban board, lead import, tasks, reminders and meetings, quotations

  • AI: instant replies in English and Arabic, serious-buyer detection and lead scoring (Growth and Scale), automatic follow-ups, cold-lead alerts

  • Team: lead assignment, roles, agent performance; alerts by WhatsApp, app and email when a lead needs a person

  • Real estate: listings as a catalog, plus leads from Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle in the same inbox

  • Price: AED 149, 225 or 375 a month (AED 105, 157 or 262 a month billed yearly) for the whole team: 3, 6 or 10 team members.

Choose something else if: most of your leads come by email or you need deep marketing automation (HubSpot), or you need a large enterprise sales platform (Salesforce).

HubSpot: best for marketing-led businesses

HubSpot's free CRM covers contacts, deals and basic tools for up to two users. Paid Starter plans add more automation and remove branding, and higher tiers add strong marketing automation, email and website tools.

Watch for: costs rise quickly at Professional level, which is also where HubSpot's own WhatsApp inbox starts.

Zoho CRM: best value for small teams

Zoho CRM has a free edition for up to three users and paid plans from $14 (about AED 51) per user per month, billed yearly. It connects with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and other Zoho apps many UAE businesses already use.

Watch for: the free edition has limited automation; setup can take time to get right.

Salesforce: best for growing sales teams

Salesforce's Starter Suite costs $25 per user per month and Pro Suite $100 per user per month (billed yearly), according to its small business pricing page. It's the most scalable option, with a huge range of add-ons and UAE implementation partners.

Watch for: it's more than most small businesses need, and partner setup adds cost.

Pipedrive: best for simple deal pipelines

Pipedrive is built around a visual sales pipeline and is quick for small sales teams to learn. Plans are priced per seat, with add-ons for lead capture and campaigns.

Watch for: WhatsApp and Instagram need integrations; add-ons raise the price.

Odoo CRM: best if you want an ERP

Odoo's CRM is one app in a larger suite (accounting, inventory, sales, website). One app is free with unlimited users; adding a second app moves you to a per-user plan that includes all apps. Many UAE partners implement it.

Watch for: setup usually needs a partner; it's more of a system than a quick CRM.

Which CRM is right for my business?

If your leads mostly come from…

Consider

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook chats

Nodi

Email, website forms and content marketing

HubSpot

Phone calls and meetings, with a small sales team

Pipedrive or Zoho CRM

Many channels, with a large or growing sales team

Salesforce

Property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and WhatsApp

Nodi, or a real estate CRM

You also need accounting and inventory

Odoo or Zoho

How to choose: 5 steps

  1. Count where your last 50 leads came from. WhatsApp, Instagram, portals, calls or email. Choose a CRM that handles your top two channels natively.

  2. Work out the real monthly cost for your team size, including VAT, add-ons and WhatsApp integration.

  3. Try it with real leads for a week using the free plan or trial.

  4. Check reply speed: can it answer new enquiries at 11 pm on a Friday?

  5. Check you can export your contacts and history.

Common CRM mistakes

  • Buying a CRM the team won't update. If leads must be typed in by hand, most won't be. Choose one that captures leads automatically.

  • Ignoring WhatsApp. In the UAE, a CRM without WhatsApp misses a large share of conversations.

  • Paying per user for people who only need to see reports. Check viewer or read-only options.

  • Salespeople using personal WhatsApp numbers. When they leave, the leads go with them. Use one business number connected to the CRM. See WhatsApp Business in the UAE.

Try Nodi CRM

Nodi is the CRM that answers your leads for you: instant AI replies in English and Arabic on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and your website, automatic lead scoring and follow-ups, and one pipeline for your whole team. Plans start from AED 149 a month for the team (AED 105 a month billed yearly).
