WhatsApp CRM

Best WhatsApp CRM in the UAE (2026)

The best WhatsApp CRM in the UAE depends on who answers your leads. If you want an AI to reply on WhatsApp and Instagram in English or Arabic and follow up for you, Nodi CRM (from AED 149 a month for the business) is built for that. For an Arabic interface and UAE data hosting, Zoho CRM; for chat-first sales teams, Kommo; for many users at a flat price, Bitrix24.

By Abdur Rouf Jibon, CEO & Founder, Nodi AI. Prices and features checked on on each vendor's own website.

How we compared them

We focused on what a UAE business needs from a WhatsApp CRM: an official WhatsApp connection, Instagram in the same place, a lead pipeline, AI replies, an Arabic interface, UAE data hosting, and clear prices. We checked each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 4 November 2026. Pipedrive was left out because its WhatsApp integration is still in beta.

Selling products rather than services? Nodi Commerce includes the CRM alongside orders, stock and POS: see WhatsApp order management. Estimate Meta's message fees with the WhatsApp API pricing calculator, and for general CRM options read best CRM software for small businesses in Dubai.
