About Nodi AI

Nodi AI is an AI assistant built to fix a simple problem: businesses lose customers when they reply late. It helps e-commerce and service businesses answer customers, manage leads, and turn conversations into orders across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.

Nodi AI is part of Nodi Commerce, an all-in-one commerce platform from Zorg IT. It combines an online store builder, point of sale (POS), inventory, order management, customer management (CRM), analytics, and conversational AI in one dashboard.
