Nodi + WooCommerce

Keep your WordPress store. Nodi imports your products, customers and orders, keeps new WooCommerce orders coming in, and sends product edits and order status back to your store.

  • One-time import of products, customers and orders
  • New WooCommerce orders and customers arrive automatically
  • Product edits in Nodi update your WooCommerce store
  • Fulfilled, returned or cancelled orders update in WooCommerce

What the WooCommerce integration does

The WooCommerce integration connects a WordPress store running WooCommerce to Nodi Commerce. After you connect, Nodi imports your catalog, customers and recent orders, then listens to your store for new orders and customer changes. Nodi becomes the place you edit products: changes you make in Nodi are pushed to WooCommerce, and order status changes such as fulfilled or cancelled are sent back too. Your WooCommerce orders sit in the same order list as your chat, store and POS orders.

What syncs, and which way

Nodi registers its own webhooks on your WooCommerce store when you connect, so updates arrive without you setting anything up.

DataDirectionHow it works
ProductsWooCommerce → Nodi, onceImported when you connect, with variations, prices and the main image. You can cap how many products are imported.
Product editsNodi → WooCommerceAfter the import, Nodi is the product master. Editing a product in Nodi updates its name, descriptions, status (published, draft or private) and prices, including a sale price, in WooCommerce.
OrdersWooCommerce → NodiRecent orders are imported when you connect (200 by default). After that, new, updated, restored and deleted orders arrive automatically.
Order statusNodi → WooCommerceWhen you fulfil an order in Nodi it becomes completed in WooCommerce; a returned order becomes refunded; a cancelled order becomes cancelled.
CustomersWooCommerce → NodiImported when you connect, then new and updated customers arrive automatically.

How to connect WooCommerce

In Nodi, open Integrations (E-Commerce Storefront Integrations) and choose WordPress / WooCommerce.

  1. Step 1

    Install the Nodi Commerce plugin

The connection needs the Nodi Commerce plugin installed on your WordPress site.

  2. Step 2

    Enter your site and currency

Type your WordPress site URL (for example yourstore.com) and pick your store currency, such as AED.

  3. Step 3

    Authorize on WordPress

Click Connect store. You're sent to your WordPress site to approve Nodi, then back to Nodi.

  4. Step 4

    Check the import

Nodi shows the store as connected with the last sync time. Use Edit limits to change how many orders and products are imported.

Which plan

The WooCommerce connection is included on Retail, Growth and Scale. Nodi Commerce plans are Retail AED 59 (≈ $16) / ৳1,999, Growth AED 179 (≈ $49) / ৳5,999 and Scale AED 389 (≈ $106) / ৳12,999 a month. You can try Scale for 30 days for AED 3 (≈ $1) / ৳99.

  • If your plan doesn't include it, the Integrations page shows Not in plan.
  • Nodi's online payment gateways, such as Stripe, can't be assigned to the WooCommerce sales channel.

Good to know

  • Order import limit: 200 by default, up to 10,000. Product import: all products unless you set a limit.
  • Product changes made in WooCommerce after the import are not copied to Nodi. Edit products in Nodi.
  • Stock levels are not synced between Nodi and WooCommerce today.
  • Disconnecting keeps the data already synced in Nodi, and you can reconnect at any time.
  • Using Shopify instead? You can connect an existing Shopify store to Nodi Commerce too.

WooCommerce integration FAQ

Do I have to move my store off WooCommerce?

No. Your WooCommerce store keeps taking orders. Nodi imports them and keeps them in one list with your chat, online store and POS orders.

Which way do products sync?

Products are imported from WooCommerce once, when you connect. After that, Nodi is the master: edits you make in Nodi are pushed to WooCommerce, and edits made in WooCommerce are not copied back.

Does stock sync with WooCommerce?

Not today. Products, prices, orders, order status and customers sync; stock levels don't.

Do I need a plugin?

Yes. Install the Nodi Commerce plugin on your WordPress site, then connect from the Integrations page in Nodi.

What happens if I disconnect?

Nodi stops syncing and tries to remove its webhooks from your store. The products, orders and customers already synced stay in Nodi.
