When WATI is the better choice
- You mainly send broadcasts. If your WhatsApp use is campaigns and a shared inbox, WATI's lower USD entry price and long track record fit well.
- You run Shopify and want flows, not an order system. WATI's Shopify add-on covers cart and checkout campaigns without changing how you run orders.
- Your team already knows WATI. Moving providers takes setup time; if WATI does what you need today, staying is reasonable.
- Choose Nodi if you sell in the UAE and want the AI to take the order, get paid in the chat, confirm cash-on-delivery orders and keep stock, online store and POS in one system, priced in AED.

Can WATI take orders in WhatsApp?
On its published pages, WATI's order features are Shopify cart and checkout campaigns. Nodi's AI takes the order in the chat itself, records it, and sends a Stripe payment link or marks it as cash on delivery.
Does WATI have inventory or a POS?
We didn't find inventory or POS features on WATI's published pages. Nodi keeps one stock count across chats, the online store and a browser-based POS with UAE VAT invoices.
Can I move my WhatsApp number from WATI to Nodi?
