Nodi AI is an AI-powered lead management and deal-closing system built for small service businesses. Our platform helps users manage leads, send replies and quotes, automate follow-ups, and close deals through one dashboard.

2. Eligibility

To use Nodi, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Early Access Program

• You may receive limited or trial-based access to our software
• Features are subject to change or removal
• We may collect feedback to improve the product

We appreciate your patience as we improve the platform before full launch.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse our service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or resell Nodi
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code related to Nodi are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Nodi without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Nodi may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Email, Facebook). We are not responsible for outages, policies, or data issues related to those platforms.

7. Disclaimers

Nodi is provided “as is” during early access. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose during the pre-launch phase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodi AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, especially if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or through the website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
